STAGE3

ADVANCED LEVEL

In this level the practitioner will learn longer more complex forms incorporating greater relaxedness, and greater tension.  Requiring greater capacity to focus and guide the Mind-Intention.

Exercises:

  • Tai Chi Cannon Fist Forms

  • Sword

  • Saber

  • Spear

  • Other Kungfu Forms

Some Reading:

After gaining familiarity of the basics exercises and the 24 form through Stages 1 and 2, the practitioner will be ready for the third Stage.  By Stage 3 the practitioner will have naturally become more coordinated, balanced, and dynamic and will be ready for longer, more complex forms, integrating fast and slow rhythms.  In Stage 3 weapons can be introduced.
