Get in Tune

There is much scientific evidence showing Tai Chi helps improve overall health and wellbeing.  It’s good for the vascular, muscular, and lymphatic system.  Has shown time and time again to help improve balance, help control diabetes, reverse heart disease, bring cancer into remission, and improve circulation, mood and sleep, just to name a few. 


Through regular practice the practitioner will strengthen their ability to focus and understand themselves and their connection with the world around them.  The goal of training is to unite the mind, body, and spirit back into one single functioning unit. Things work and function better in unity, people do as well. 


Through different exercises we train how to maintain the focus and oneness through simple movements.  As ones' capacity develops movement combination will be introduced.  Then forms linking movements together into a series, with directional changes.  As the practitioners ability grows, the challenges will increase in complexity and magnitude.  The journey is limitless. 


Here at Eco Tai Chi you are part of the family and will have the key to access the Virtual studio, Member Library, and  connect with instructors weekly.  On your own time.  The more you put in the more you will get out. The key is to be consistent.  A bit of time everyday is more effective than a huge chunk of time once a week.
